I’ve been in your shoes! Even though I was in shape, healthy and “prepared” (ha!) for having a kid, after becoming a mom I felt so lost, gained a lot of weight and grieved for who I used to be. I felt SO much pressure to prioritize my health again, yet nothing seemed like enough. It wasn’t until I stopped pushing myself so hard to lose weight and understood the power in slowing down and intentionally using prioritized smaller steps, that I started making actual progress and feeling like myself again.

Who is wellness coaching for?
It’s for anyone and everyone, though my area of expertise is working with moms who are struggling to prioritize their health & helping them lose weight.
Skinny doesn’t necessarily mean healthy. I help my clients focus on building better habits and addressing the underlying reasons for things like stress eating. Focusing on sustainable weight loss means focusing on health, not just weight.
